Course Overview:
Acquire the knowledge and skills needed to build and maintain a comprehensive wellness program in any size organization. Step-by-step processes will teach you how to integrate wellness initiatives into your company’s strategic plan, develop a health management system including: health risk assessments, appropriate interventions, and evaluation metrics to demonstrate return on investment.

Identify company goals for wellness program Design comprehensive wellness plan Design incentives to increase participation Develop interventions to reduce key health risk indicators Conduct a wellness audit for your organization Determine appropriate evaluation processes Prepare cost benefit analyses/compute return on investment
